Some apps that are preloaded (available on your device by default) can only be disabled. Disabled apps are turned off and hidden from the Apps list.     • Answer No, you will need to buy your own 25W or 45W wall brick. From my experience 25W will charge it in about 2hrs., and 45W cuts that down to about 90min.
