• A:Answer NO! :-( Unfortunately the only disadvantage for me, but 256 to 500 storage capacity should be sufficient enough for most individuals. I will regret the absence of an SD card to transfer substantial files, videos, photographs, etc as my mobile device ages and requires even more storage capacity.

Q: QuestionDoes the "help you connect to a carrier option" require a contract with that carrier? Is one of the carrier options Cricket? I'm currently using an unlocked phone with Cricket without a contract and I'd like to keep it that way.

• A:Answer I had an older s20+ that was paid off and unlocked. The new phone s25+ I bought unlocked so I can put it on my mobile plan. All I did was Smart switch my info to new phone. Then I called my mobile carrier and they put the new phone on my account, with a few questions.
