• i just purchased that phone, $32/month is correct for Edge plan (think VZ calls Edge something else now). Phone is awesome, definitley worth it.

• Yes the $349 price is true when you renew your contract for a select carrier that offers the contract term like Verizon. $32/month is another option but you end up paying retail price for the phone in the long term which is $799+tax for the 32GB.

• No, it's one or the other. You'll have to check with your carrier for specifics. The lease (monthly payments) plans are different than the typical 2-year agreement plans.
