What I did received is an explanation for a one time pro-rate for getting a new phone and a one-time charge that was explained as a fee for getting the phone for a $1. and being on the budget plan approx 100.00, which is still cheaper than the original market cost of the phone or the budgeted price that Sprint offered after my contract ran out. I was promised by the representative that my future bill will be no more than 10.00 more than my previous with all of the bells and whistles that i previously had. I have yet to receive my bill.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a very old sprint plan and it was not a problem keeping my plan. If Best Buy said it is not compatible, just call sprint and they will switch it over until you get the phone and then change it back. That's what they did for me and everything was fine.
