You could get this phone but if you're not eligible for an upgrade it will cost you more than $1. They might try to get you with that leasing program (don't do it). If you have a warranty, I would suggest using it. Even if what's wrong with your phone is not covered, a new phone would only be $200 vs the full replacement price of $600 plus.

Yes, you can get the phone in store for $1 if the store has them in stock. If it is not in stock they can order it for you. You will have to be eligible for an upgrade however to get that price and sign a new 2 year agreement.

I got mine for $1.00, but of course you pay for it in your plan. There was also a $30.00 upgrade fee on my next bill. Hope this helps.

I got mine for a dollar on the last day that it was promoted in January. If they are running that promotion again, you can get one for a dollar too.

Yes, i was able to get the $1 Deal in the store, but depends on stock availablity.
