• Yes, just tell them you want to keep your existing plan. I am grandfathered into an older plan and have changed phones twice thru Best Buy without losing my plan.

• Dopends on your carrier ask at bestbuy when you purchase. I kept my existing plan

• Yes, Best Buy is an authorized agent for most major wireless carriers including Sprint. You should be able to keep your contact, if its compatible with the new smart phone.
