• No all Galaxy S7's are 32GB. ITs cheaper to buy a micro SD card to expand the memory/storage.

• No you can not. Samsung chose to (as of right now) only release 32GB models.

• I believe you can order the phone with 64GB. I have the Samsung Galaxy S7 and it takes an SD chip which extends your phone's data storage capacity by whatever size chip you add. I added a 32GB chip to my phone.
