• The order includes the new SIM card that fits the new S7. You don't need and should not use your current SIM card. Yes, for me, there is a one-time $25 activation/upgrade fee charged by AT&T.

• Yes I just moved the Sim from my old phone. No activation charge. Mine came with a new SIM card but didn't use it.
