Hi, Verizon isn't the only one that sells the phone, you can go to whichever phone company you have and ask if they have this phone available as well as the color you want they could tell you which other of their stores has them in Stock for you.

Unless you buy an "Unlocked" phone, it will be customized by the cell phone carrier and is incompatible with other carriers. Unlocked phones are not compatible with all carriers.
