It's a redesign of the previous model with some notable upgrades. Added expandable memory up to 2T with a micro SD , water and dust resistance for 4-5 feet, larger battery, faster and the latest of Android right out the box, just to name a few

Likely not. The main thing is the S7 Edge is now smaller, water resistant, dust proof, and handles a SD card again. It is very comparable to the S model of Apple phones. Minor refresh, or major depending on how you look at it.
