I applied mine to the down payment for the phone, so I didn't have this issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have always had them print it out. I have NEVER had it emailed to me. Maybe look in your paperwork you got from the day you bought it, or go into the store and ask them to look it up. They should be able to see that either you were never issued the card, or the one that you were issued hasn't been used and they can re-print it for you. Good Luck!
