• A:Answer Mark if you buy the phone out right then you just pay for services. Although I would suggest finding a good sale at best buy, I was due for an upgrade but wanted to trade my old Nokia 928 for some credit and I went to Verizon and they were going to give me 1 dollar. Aggregated I went to best buy and received 250$ for upgrading to a galaxy s7 and then I received another 200$ store credit to best buy for my two year old working smartphone that Verizon said was only worth 1 dollar. I'm paying the monthly payment but it is better than coming up with 300$ at once and if you can get a deal like that it is so worth it, everyone got tablets for x-mas this year.

• A:Answer It's going to depend upon your carrier and also what promotion is going on at the time. For example myself, I bought 1 S7 Edge and my monthly payment is $33 a month for 24 months withe Verizon. I believe I paid full price for it at the $33 per month. If you also look at the phone that you're interested in getting that's paired with the carrier so for example S7 edge with Verizon on that page it should show what the estimated monthly payment will be. I know with Verizon there is no interest or finance charges associated with the payment plan at least in my case. I do not believe there are any activation fees but there may be I honestly couldn't say. I'm on a family plan and I'm not the primary.
