Yes you can....it's expensive but I bought a SAMSUNG unlocked S7 edge phone unlocked to use with metro. U have to be 1000% percent clear that u want a Samsung phone not a phone that says "at&t, Verizon, Sprint, etc" any carrier name on it even if it is unlocked. That will lead to issues down the line. Insist on a Samsung no carrier unlocked phone
