Yes. And it takes most high capacity chips. I'm using a 64g card in mine. Just be careful opening the door. It's prone to flinging across the room and vanishing when you pop it out.

yes it does, it is the same tray as the sim card, and the phone supports "adoptive memory" meaning it adds it to the system memory automatically to make it easier to mamange the extra space.
