I pre-ordered my galaxy S8 plus yesterday but the employee was not able to tell me how to redeem my offer( VR googles and credit), do i have to wait until i get the phone or can i do it know, if so where do i go? null

This a Samsung offer, meaning that you have to go to their website and download a form that specifies how to redeem this offer. So yes, you have to wait to get your phone.

Yes. Once you have possession of your phone, you contact samsung.com/promotion as there are numbers on the inside reverse of the phone for confirmation purposes you must given Samsung. After the registration process, I believe its 6-8 weeks for delivery of the promotional products.
