I just upgraded two s5 to an s8+ and an s8 with no problems the s8+ is 21.50 and the s8 is a little cheaper. my wife just prefered the smaller screen. So It should work just fine as long as your s5's are paid off. I went into the store and they where very helpful.

Yes, as long as your S5's are fully paid off. Otherwise you will have to pay them off to be able to upgrade them both to S8 Plus for $21.50 month each phone.
