• NO!... that's only through At&T. My understanding is you buy the Note 8 and get a S8 at no cost.. BUT don't let that fool you. you can only use a number you already have on one phone, BUT you need to pay for service on a new line and activation on the S8. But if that's what you need.. go 4 it..... it's a good deal.
