• You can purchase adapters for your cables, that work fine.

• The S9 uses a C cord. A micro USB will not work, unfortunately.

• No, the s6 uses micro USB, while the s9 uses USB type c. Although, they give you cables in the box, and adapters are cheap if you're dead set on using all of your old cables and such.

• No, these do not have the same type of charging ports when you use a cord.
