• Yes she will be able to get it activated at best buy and there will be a $30 activation bill on her first bill

• HI , I'M ALSO A VERIZON CUSTOMER . I HAVE 2 GALAXY S7 PHONES & WHEN I WANTED INFO WHAT WAS IN 1RST TO BE IN 2ND NEWEST PHONE I HAD HELP FROM VERIZON TECH COACH, GOT THEIR APP THEN RANG THEM FOR HELP TO DO THE SMART SWITCH , 2 CONNECTORS ,1 FOR EACH CPHONE & IT GETS TRANSFERRED OFF 1 CP TO NEW CPHONE. ANYWAY GLAD I DID THAT, EASY ENOUGH + LESS HASSEL, BIG SAVE .
