“I am currently on shared unlimited family with 3 lines. When I go to complete this order it tells me I will be enrolled in 2gb plan and unlimited cannot be reestablished to my line! I would love to upgrade but this is holding me back.”

I would either go inside the store or contact your cellphone carrier. Besy Buy sales representatives are really awesome with helping customers with unpgrading their devices.
