“Will the $100 off pre-order special apply to UNLOCKED version of Galaxy 9+ as well?”

Straight from the Bestbuy.com: "*Savings are deducted off the full total price of the device and are reflected in reduced monthly payments over the life of the device. Savings offer does not apply to unlocked phones or Sprint Flex Lease. Savings valid online starting 12:01 a.m. ET on 3/2/18 or until release date of phone, whichever is earlier. "

Spoke with a BB rep yesterday and NO it will not, nor will the $100 deduction apply to the full price version from any carrier. Only applies to a carrier activated device (discount is applied through a plan)
