- Answer A unlocked Galaxy phone is not carrier locked doesn't have carrier apps preloaded, it can be used with any carrier SIM cards along with an SD card added memory. If outside the US international version are available using a different processor .Samsung own exynos 9810.

- Answer Take it into a boost mobile shop and request a direct sim test . Let tem insert a boost mobile sim into your Unlockeed s9+. calling with questions to people who my not even know the true answers is becoming a reality in customer care these days.

- Answer In my opinion it's not as bad as it used to be. Basically I just threw it all in a folder called Samsung and ignored it. Some I found I kinda liked though, such as the notifications that came from the Samsung Calendar app. You can't uninstall bloatware without rooting, but you can pretty deeply disable it using 3rd party apps findable on Google Play.

- Answer Take both old device and the new device to the best buy or the carrier shop you bought it from and ask for help. Some sim trays or placements are a bit tricky and need a little nudging. Geek squad has the tools to help.

QuestionIf I purchase an UNLOCKED S9+ and insert my Verizon SIM will I be able to talk and surf simultaneously when not connected to wifi? Also, has anyone had any call quality issues? My S8+ has absolutely horrible call quality during interstate travels.

- Answer As long as Verizon supports unlocked phones, you should be fine. By the way, this phone look only accepts Nano SIM cards.
