• Yes, they do. I bought both my S9+ phones from Best Buy, and I got the Verizon versions. That is a sweet deal if you can use two of them.

• I have never seen a bogo at Verizon for the Samsung S9+ and I actually went there to see what offers they could give me. Best Buy also gave us a better buy back on our Note 5 and Samsung S7.
