Not sure about your question.... are you asking when is the price changing? All I know is that it costs a little more to buy the phone unlocked and activate later. I think that's bc the store earns something from the carrier that they are able to get the customer to sign with. So, they want u to activate at the time of purchase. I've been looking at the price for quite some time before I made my purchase. "Activate later" price was always more.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Buying a phone that is not activated means you already have a SIM Card from a carrier. If your account with the carrier is active, there is no charge. If you do not have a current carrier / active phone, you need to buy an activated phone. If you have an activated account currently, you would simply take the SIM card out of your current phone and put it in your new phone and turn it on. It will be "activated" already because of the SIM card.
