I don't know much about traveling but being a tech nerd I believe it wouldn't work since you have a locked version of the flip 3 if you had a unlocked version I wouldn't see why you can't connect to there networks but if they have at&t over there then yes but if not I consider talking to at&t for more information about travel with there network.

It automatically switches to local service, the phone will give you a message welcoming you to the country as you turn it on after the flight… its almost creepy. There is no need to swap sim cards and cost for data use internationally is under monthly service with maximum billing if you exceed 6gb.
