Open Shop Samsung on your mobile device (install it from Google Play if it is not already installed). Sign in to your Samsung account if prompted. Once there, go to For You and check the Promotions tab. You should see an option to redeem your purchase for the Samsung Credit. Follow the instructions to complete the redemption. You should receive a response within 48 hours of submission. If it is successful, you will receive your Samsung Credit within 4-6 weeks.
