what are the ear Gel null

It is a shaped piece rather like a funnel. It seats into your ear with a twist and doesn't irritate the cartilage like an ear bud. Looks like a hearing aid.

These are the parts that go into the ear. The set comes with 3 different sets. SML.

They are probably those soft things on the end of the ear bud that make them more comfortable to stay in your ear.

Not sure exactly was your question is but these headphones don't go in your ears. They have very comfortable pads that sit on your cheek bones just in front of your ears.
