“I have had issues in the past with in ear buds not staying in my ears. Even with the smallest of earbud tips. I mean that I can smile with a pair in, and they fall to the floor, are these a good option for me? Or no? If not, what is?”

Yes! These are great for that issue. My other earbuds fall out when I smile or talk. These don't.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been using mine for going on 3 years and they stay in my ear great, even when I'm at the gym. Being these don't actually enter your ear canal I'd say these would make a great option if you've had issues in the past

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have never had these fall out and i wear them daily, but there is a specific orientation they need to be in your ear and if you dont figure that out right away they could fall out or be slightly uncomfortable. I hope that helps!
