• No, it doesn’t have rubber tips. Kind of fits right inside your ear.

• Mine came with the larger rubber tips, which ended up being too large for my ears. I bought replacements on Amazon which work well

• It came with only 1 set of rubber tips. If you need a different size you’d have to buy them.
