“Low volume-rear speakers. Cannot connect to SmartThings (doesn't recognize my Samsung 6 Series TV or A40R Sound Bar). Also, TV is connected via wifi, but doesn't find this soundbar in settings. So how do I update this soundbar to the latest version?”

• Hello Virginny, The HW-A40R Soundbar does not have the ability to connect via Wi-Fi. To to be able to do a full update on the soundbar please refer to pages 40 - 42 in the manual using a USB stick. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202104/20210414174844187/HW-A40R_ZA_FullManual_X9_210203.0.pdf If you need extra assistance with updating, check with your local Best Buy or contact Samsung Customer Service at: 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars), available 8 AM – 12 AM EST, 7 days a week. ^Andrew
