Hi Ellie,

The HW-B650 Soundbar has the ability to increase the center channel which is where the dialogue is played through.

By pressing the CHIN LEVEL button, you can adjust the volume of the each speaker. 
• Press the button to select CENTER LEVEL and then adjust the volume between -6 ~ +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

This unit does that by increasing center speaker. It does have voice enhancing function!

Adding to the other answers here, you can increase the center channel volume but you may want to also decrease the volume of left/right channels as well to increase that effect even more!

Try a system with a center channel the center speakers are mostly dialogue that may help
