I added a set of Bose Companion II 's that fill a Big hole in the Voice clarity and Mid-Range sounds.
Sound Great together. I simply plugged into headphone jack on back of 43" UHD Sharp!

A:AnswerBecause the woofer connects via Bluetooth, your issue may be WiFi based. Did you try the usual reboot and all other WiFi troubleshooting? I can only ad that sometimes the unit is a bad one and you need to return it. I would recommend you look at the HW-S60D 5.0 and eliminate the bulky woofer. Check out my review on this unit.
