“It does not get loud enough on hdmi/arc. However when I put it on bluetooth through xfinity it does get loud but the tv remote doesn't control volume like on hdmi. Also the rear speakers just have on/off on the soundbar, no -6 to +6. Any suggestions?”

Hi Sean! When pressing the Sound Control button on your Soundbar remote (looks like a gear), you will be able to select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. If you are still unable to adjust the volume, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. ^Tim

You have go through the various modes. You’ll see one that says REA and then the next one looks the same but if you let it show the whole thing it will actually say REAR SPEAKER VOLUME or something similar. That’s where you can raise the volume, though even raising them to +6, is still very low volume.
