“Does the wireless module need to be in clear sight of the sound bar for the rear speakers to work? I would like to hide the unit to have a cleaner look but not sure how the signal will travel through a wall.”

Hi Tiesman! For the best connection between the Rear Speakers and the Soundbar, it is recommended to have a clear line of sight with no objects inbetween. Certain objects or walls may cause interference with the signal. You can try hiding the module where you would like to test the connection. If you experience issues with the sound dropping or refusing to connect, it may be due to the location of the module. ^Tim

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had placed mine about 12 feet away under a night stand in a bedroom, no problem at all. You do need to use the remote to adjust their volume.
