• My Samsung TV is 2020 and it works flawlessly with the soundbar. I only adjust the TV volume and all is well. My TV is connected via HDMI Arc to the soundbar.

• If you use the proper hdmi arc setup, yes it will control all that is plugged in.

• This sound system will turn on automatically when you turn on your TV, if you have it hooked-up with a HDMI cable and have the HDMI-CEC setting enabled for that source
