Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue with bass. I tried EVERYTHING! Even had BB Total Tech come out. I removed the whole speaker system and replaced with SONOS Arc 15, plus two Era 100s and a Sub-Mini subwoofer. ALAS I'm getting the sound I wanted and then some for my Samsung 65" QD-OLED TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm also underwhelmed by the subwoofer on this one. What I did was to decrease the volume levels of the front, center and rear speakers to -6. Then, max out the subwoofer's to +6. Lastly, increase your device's (TV or computer) volume to compensate.
