• The stand this monitor came with is big and the monitor wobbly. After I bought this monitor, I bought a mount that attached to the desk, and gave more flexibity to the monitor

• Yes, the monitor has a lot of height adjustment and can be brought down quite low close to desk, which is how mine is currently set up.
