I use mine while running on the treadmill and using the elliptical. I don't have to turn the volume up all of the way and have never had any issues with them falling out.

Well ive had issues where they like to slip out often so id say look for something thatll stick to your head like head phones

The fit for me can be loose and need to adjust. When pushing the buds into place it is common to trigger muting them. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend for activity.

These will definitely not stay in the ear for workouts. Overall, very little movement causes them to fall out. Yawning can cause them to back out of the ear.
