• Usually 15 days. If you are a My Bestbuy plus or total member it’s 60. However if you bought them during December there is an extended return period you get which was put in place especially because of the fact that people are buying gifts for family and want to make sure that they have time after Christmas to make a return if exchange. You will have until January 15th for any item
