“Does the 'Always on Display' function work even when the lid is closed?”

• No. When you close the lid a smaller screen lights briefly (about 10 seconds), then goes out. Opening the lid brings on the lock screen.

• No, it does not, which is disappointing, and removes the benefit of 'Always on Display' for these handsets. Hopefully, Samsung will update their accessories software for these handsets, and support 'Always on Display'. (Though I purchased and personally do not recommend and do not use this case, for multiple reasons).
