A:AnswerI have plex too and it recognizes it under other devices but I can't open it. I am in touch with Samsung to help me get it to work. As for 250 apps - forget it. Sony has many more.
A:AnswerIt depends whether or not it has HDMI inputs, at 9 years most likely will, but HDMI didn't become standard until about 9 years ago, so if it was an older model just purchased 9 years ago, it may not have an HDMI input, in which case you'd want to get a new TV with HDMI, the sets are SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper and better than 9 years ago
A:AnswerAs far as I know none of the DVD or CD players can be made region free. As a matter of fact, a DVD/blue ray player for the computer can change the region via software but can only do this 5 times and it will then shut off and will have to be tossed out.
Nothing to mess with IMHO.
