Yes it does, but it is a very short cable. Samsung got cheap on that point.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The 45 Watt charger does come with a type "C" to type "C" cable and it is 39 inches long. It is thicker and heavier duty than any other I've seen. Compared to the 25 Watt charger, the 45 Watt charger is only marginally faster and certainly not worth $50. I charged my phone starting at 9% and charged it to 100% with each charger and this is how it went. After 10 min: 25 watt = 31%, 45 watt = 34%, after 20 min: 25 w = 52%, 45 w = 55%, after 30 min: 25 w = 70%, 45 w = 72%, after 40 min: 25 w = 85%, 45 w = 85%, at 50 min both were at 92%, at 60 min both were at 96% and both were 100% at 65 min. As you can see, up to 30 min there is a gain only 3%. If you have an hour to recharge your phone there is zero gain by using the 45 watt charger.

A dead phone at 0% will charge to 100% in 65 minutes with this charger. The charger that comes with the phone does this in 75 minutes. You will be paying extra for 10 minutes of quicker charging. Not worth the extra expense at this time.
