- Answer It is not safe to use cellphone chargers for laptop devices. I would contact the manufacturer to replace the old one. It will probably give a charge but can possibly damage your battery.

QuestionHow do I know which power bank to buy for this charger? The cord doesnt work with my cheap one. I'm sure it has to do with the power bank being incompatible, but I'm not sure how to find the right one? The powerbank isn't broken.
