“Will this charger work with a Samsung Tablet? If not Is there a wireless charger for this tablet? The connection into my tablet needs to be wiggled around to connect properly.”

To date there have been no Samsung tablets (or any others that I'm aware of) that will charge wirelessly. So no - it won't charge your tablet wirelessly.
