Is the Device compatible With Galaxy S4 Active and Galaxy S5? null

The Galaxy S5 will require the Wireless Charging Case, then this charger would work. As for the S4 Active it doesn't look like Samsung has any official wireless charging cases for this device, so that would be no for the S4 Active.

This is what the Samsung site states regarding Compatiblity:

Qi-enabled smartphones. Samsung handsets include Galaxy S4, Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note edge (these require Wireless Charging Battery Covers, sold separately)

as well as Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 active, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S6 edge+ and Galaxy Note5, which do not require additional charging battery covers

The first list all require the expensive adapter. The S6's and Note 5 are the only ones that truly work with it.

I beleive the S5 and S4 Active need a special cover for the back to use the QI charging capabilities. Go to your local Best Buy and try it out at the Samsung Experience section of the store.

i don't think so. i don't think they have wireless charging. my wife has S5 & it does not have wireless charging

Im pretty sure you need a different charging pad and a specific back plate to the older phones to charge wireless

No, if the device does not have built-in wireless charging capability this or any other wireless charger will not work.
