“How come the charger will pause - frequently? when I lay my 6 edge plus on it, it will initiate charge and within 5 minutes, the charger flashes blue and it says wireless charging paused.”

I have the same problem. You have to have it PERFECTLY placed or it will flash blue and turn off. Try placing near the top overlapping or almost overlapping with the camera. An explanation I have heard is that if it is not charging efficiently it will turn off to prevent overheating or damaging the battery. The charger is more hassle than it is worth for the edge + (and it was free).

Please try again later.I had this issue with my standard Galaxy S6, but found that as long as I have the phone positioned on the pad, without the case on that it worked as stated. Hopefully this is helpful, I had a unique time trying to figure this out too. Once I got the positioning right, I had no more issues.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your cellphone is in a protective casing you may not be placing your device centered enough thus needing to reposition accordingly on the charging device; or you may need to re-evaluate the type of protective casing that may be interfering.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try changing out the plug for the one that came with your phone. I was having the same issues and that seemed to fix the problem. Not sure of they had a bad batch of plugs. But it is worth trying.

Mine was pausing whenever I got an alert and I went to the Samsung area in Best Buy and we tested it (I had them text me) and it stopped charging. Then I tested their charger that they had on display and had them text me and it didn't stop. They let me switch it out with a new one.
