• I'm using it with windows 11 and it works fine. Just checked on my wife's windows 10 and it was recognized and showed what was on the drive so you should be good to go.

• Yes, it is. When you connect it to your PC it shows up like an attached drive and you can drag and drop your mp3 files to add them to the player.
