Everything you need is in that device...It shows as REMOVEABLE DRIVE E.....Once you plug into your computer, it does the rest..Then you find your music files on the computer, click sync and it transfers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We used Windows Media Player to download music to the MP3. Didn't require anything else. You do have to rip a CD first using the media player and then sync it to the MP3 player.
