“Can I transfer songs from android device Samsung fone or tablet? Don't have a computer. If I can how because I believe there is no bluetooth. Also would an sd card from an Android device be formatted different. Suspecting an Android device won't work”

I don't see why not. You would just attach them to one another with a cable.
