If I understand what your asking I don't think so. I have songs in different "folders" and I have to go to that folder to get that music. For instance, if I go to "artist" and choose one I get what has been uploaded to that memory. I have other "folders" (for lack of a better word) and if I have songs on there with the same artist those are the only ones that will play. So, if I choose an artist it will only show what's in each folder, not every song I have on there with that particular artist. I hope I explained this correctly..lol I wish all of the songs will play but they won't. Mine all had to do with how I uploaded the music. I should have done everything at once in the one memory. But, I love this little player! Hope this helps.
